RentTrackr wasn't born in a boardroom or dreamed up by consultants who had never managed a rental property. It was born from frustration, from late-night WhatsApp messages, from lost inspection reports, and from the constant struggle to keep track of what happened when.
Our founders have been in the rental property industry for over a decade. We've managed properties ourselves, dealt with difficult tenants, struggled with maintenance coordination, and experienced firsthand the chaos that comes with trying to maintain proper records across multiple properties.
